The Animal Wellness Center of OC is a new state of the art 7500 sq. ft. facility designed to provide veterinarians with a holistic and homeopathic haven to work with animals needing support for conditions such as post orthopedic procedure care, arthritis and other chronic pain issues improved by physical therapy and integrative care.

Position open for a CCRT/CCRP certified veterinarian (acupuncture certification is a plus!) to join our team. We have an underwater treadmill, indoor heated swimming pool and large gym space for rehab and more. We are privately owned, 5600 square foot stand-alone facility in Costa Mesa. Animal Wellness Center of OC, located in Costa Mesa, is seeking a full-time or part-time, licensed Veterinary technician. If you are interested in learning more about rehabilitation and growing your skills we encouraged you to apply. In this position the VT will assist our DVMS with implementation of our customized treatment plans including but not limited to: Massage Therapy, Laser Therapy, Hydrotherapy, and therapeutic exercises. Provide post-op rehab to patients recovering from orthopedic and neurological surgeries. As a VT of AWCOC you must be able to understand your client and empathize with them while still maintaining the ability to carry out the necessary medical duties. Our wellness center is spacious with four treatment rooms and a large area in the back where the pool, underwater treadmill and floor exercises are performed.

The Canine Rehab practitioner is a self-motivated individual with an owner’s mindset. We are looking for a passionate and collaborative individual who is ready for a career. We are looking for an individual to lead our rehabilitation program and assist in implementing treatment plans. If you have a certification in veterinary rehabilitation for companion animals and would enjoy having a location filled with the tools and space you need to successfully care for patients, we would like to meet you. We will also ask that you assist in promoting AWCOC by visiting potential referring veterinarians, presenting educational events for vet offices, the community, and networking with peers. Communication skills and the ability to encourage and help create a positive culture will be key to the successful candidate. This is a startup position and we are accommodating to someone who is currently working in another practice. As business grows, we plan to add more doctors working either full or part-time flex schedules. Our model encourages work life balance and flexibility for our medical team members is big piece of our philosophy.
